I train all ages and experience levels.
Started playing in the tennis courts of my apartment complex in 3rd grade. Where the addiction started. Winner of NJTL Indianapolis tournament for 12 year olds, due to the good luck of having tennis courts in the apartment complex.
1st player in high school. Varsity player on state champion team.
1st player at the Univ of Chicago, led team to conference championship 1983.
Started teaching tennis at local racquet club in 7th grade and continued teaching through college and after.
After long break from tennis, I restarted after quitting smoking, looking for more physical activities, seeing Phillip Kim’s passion for LSM (which is NJTL ++, the ++ being passion and San Gabriel Valley’s extra charm).
Some interests outside of tennis:
New media, philosophy, the madness of crowds, investing, photography, national parks, music, art.
